This looks like phoenixworx IGW game. Core team (wg and cube) vs Arm team (emac and domi)
Back in times of 1916, when endless world war raged on Europe, governments turned to French Generalissimus Joseph Joffre, asking his recipe to end the war. Joffre answered "Give me more men, more guns. Thats my recipe."
When things didn't go as wanted, Core Generalissimus Cube took a look on that quote and thought: "Give me more tidals, more ships. That's my recipe"
