Another Crip game and another example of what happends when two great players try the same stragtegy. It boils down to, you guessed it, the small details. Minor diffferences in unit control, timing and choices.
It´s hard to see exactly why Crip is more successful in the early stages of this Coast to Coast game. Both players goes vehicle to air and start bombing. Winds, MTs and mexxes are bombed and rebuilt. No real damage is done on either side. Crip decides to jump in the sea and add a few Skeeters to the mix. This is when the game gets interesting.
iWIN doesn´t really act in the whole game, he reacts. Makes sense? Crip takes the initiative and iWIN just seem to adapt, he does what´s needed to stay in the game but doesn´t have any aggressive moves of his own. When Crip´s Skeeters come crashing in with air support Crip has a point when he says: "You´r in big trouble now!"
iWIN is suddenly in a world of bombs, skeeter missiles and wreckage. He tries for Kbot and the cons work hard to get some kind of defense up. A less skilled player would have died right there and iWIN´s recovery alone is worth the download.
Crip seems to have a big advantage and he is very confident about it too. But against a player like iWIN, it ain´t over til the fat commander blows up and the game has quite a few suprises left.
