This GPP game features two Core players that I´ve never heard of. It´s clear that they are experienced though. No newbie game here.
Coreshark in the top left corner is testing a new strat he claims. SiGoNe seems to be trying new buildorder. This is a friendly game and the players comment throughout the whole game wich is nice, very educational for the viewer.
After the first raiding units have done their duty, the build up begins. SiGoNe expands in a traditional way, mexes surrounded by MTs and all that. His defense budget is a bit exagerated but nothing wrong with the building skills. Coreshark is relying on units instead of MTs and soon has a larger army then his opponent. But the lack of defense results in many, far too many ctrl-w back and forth.
For most of the game, you´r kinda waiting for Coreshark to attack. See if his units can break through the defense. Unfortunately, his units are mostly busy protecting.
Decent learing value here. About building, raiding and why ctrl-w is considered bad unit control.
