This is like an allstars game on GPP, featuring at least three guys who always show up at the top ten lists of TAīs greatest players. The level of skill and experience in this game is excellent.
About the game itself, we see four different strats here. All of them are pretty standard, nothing you havenīt seen before, but itīs interesting to see how they effect the game. All players have their pros and cons.
LovelyParrot5 (Pic) focus on groundunits and level 1. He expands more then any of the other players, and helps his teammate with defence. Lots of winds, MTs, dragonteeth and labs all over his side of the map.
Silvertool, allied with Pic, might appear to be the weakest player of this game. He lacks the onesided gameplan that the other players have, but is also more flexible. He adds to the team what Pic needs, and shows good teamwork.
ROCK has the most controversal strat with fusions and mass air, focusing all resources and units into the late game, witch means heīs also vunurable to ground attacks. So basically, he has the worst possible counter for the strat that Pic is trying, and the other way around.
Sensation has a gamplan that almost look like a 30 minute buildorder. Lots of cons that all seem to be part of his plan. Long, straight rows of winds, fast upgrades to Geo and Advanced. Not many idle cons, and the commander is always busy. Flawless, in theory.
So, how do these four ways of playing GPP mix? I can tell you this much, the outcome is not what you expect and the game has quite a few suprises. For a while during midgame it slows down a bit, but for the most part itīs intense battle on all fronts.
