Tx_Dude has his metal bar jumping wildly up now and then. So confirmed cheater there but i guess everyone knew it by today allready.
For future uploads of suspected cheating, put there txt file or smthing in zip where u tell at which point of game cheating happens. This one was very obvious so it was np.
edit: ok, this game apparently has been reviewed before and it refuses to leave unreviewed folder...
