OK, I'm bored with not giving any spoilers in reviews. Except when it's close and I don't want to ruin the surprise. Both players go sea first, and Vapor puts RVD on the back foot at an early stage. RVD gets stuck into the cycle of building defence instead of resources and Vapor goes Sim City building tidals all over the place.
RVD moves deftly to another isle at one point which gives him a chance to build a fair amount of stuff before Vapor tears into it. But he's being outproduced 2:1 and Vapor isn't the kind of player who gives you any easy chances.
