The name of this tad was Paddy's game , and it could have been if he made a more assertive attack on Rock's island, but as it goes he didn't so on with the game.
Paddy is the only one to go air, so thinks he is safe with no AA and lots of bombers. He does a good job hurting Rock, although the first run...eurgh :P Takes the top with an air con, and is lucky that Team B doesn't try to get it back. Loses air to Pulse's bomber, which could have been avoided, but goes sea, and immediately begins pumping out attack with the metal from top. Paddy attacks when he has about 4 cruss and 10 skeets, but the skeets die, and core bombers scare off the cruss. For the rest of the game, his cruss stay at the middle, and shoot at anything within range. :(
Stoner goes vehicle - sea, and makes 10 or so skeets. They guard top for a bit, then do quite a lot of damage to Pulse. Nice job. Makes sonar in key places, and gets a lot of tidals up. Pretty solid build, but could've done with more metal makers.
Pulse goes veh - air - sea, does some good bombing on bottom and takes out Paddy's air, and later on in the sea, goes adv., introducing a warlord to the game :) The game would have been completely different if he had just looked at top (2 defenders, 4 mex). The reason i gave 6 for building was because 50+ defenders are a waste of metal that should've been used for something else like maybe a guardian to clear some sea space.
Rock goes veh - sea - kbot and does it pretty well. He gets a lot of pels quickly late game, but i think he either needed more res., or to reclaim his sea before pels.
Anyway, Paddy sees Rock's pels, goes pels + bb, BB owns, Stoner's subs, GG. Not a bad game to watch. Anyone know who Paddy is? |
