2v2, Top vs. Bottom, no emg...with Silva and Sleezy on top, Elric and Glac on the bottom. OK game here, with fairly matched teams(both sides have a dominating player 'Silva & Elric'), and a few good moves I'd like to point out.
Even though a4 isn't the optimal rush map, the top side rushes with jeffies and weasels and does a little damage to Elric, and a lot of damage to Glac. This show's the importance of a sam or two, to prevent an early rush on any map. 3 out of the 4 players expand with their comms, gaining ground and resources a lot quicker than Glac, the lone player expanding with cons.
An important thing here is, to build toward your opponents base, in turn cutting down the distance b/w you and your enemy. Sleezy, Elric and Silva do this and Glac does not, paying for it later when Silva's units are poring out of plants close to his defenses, and easily taking them out.
Sleezy does some nice work in mid game with comm gaurding "gaurds", but leaves his side totally open to attack. Elric takes advantage of this with 10 sams and takes out his backside. Again, Elric manages to do a lot of damage (to Silva this time) with the same move. Working together to build a wall of mts could have prevented these attacks, but Silva and Sleezy were playing their own games...kinda looked like 2 1v1's, side by side, from their end.
Some learning value here, and Elric is the M.V.P. of the game with good building, good UC, and good decisions.
