This is the game that was mentioned in TAU adv. strategies forum...in case you read that. Apparently the reason it was sent in is to demonstrate that one can play with a "modified" map while the other players play the regular one. The modification is in wind speed and tidal strength for Atylan and possibly back840 as well but not sure. Watch team A's energy income closely...and stats at end.
It's played like a normal game but near the end Atylan sort of mentions a map cheat was used. Fin and Gix definitely had a hard time of it as these guys knew how to really capitalize on their +30 winds and tidals. Atylan can be hard to understand but I think his point in doing this is to let us know that a lot of people have done this. Maybe? Or maybe we should just watch out for it?
Fortunately he does not explain exactly how to do it...I can guess but I haven't tried...I'm sure some of you know...hopefully you will not do it and will keep it to yourselves. I really hate cheating and I hope he is wrong that a lot of people do this. *sigh*
