This seems to me like a Pheonix Worx IGW, with Caretaker (AKA bts) against AnarkyDiablo. Diablo is Core and Caretaker is Arm.
Caretaker builds units and a handful of cons. Diablo builds a pair of weasels and a solitary con. Then later he considers some slashers. Then both Coms go for a stroll. One gets away, one doesn't.
Not all that interesting to watch, mildy amusing at best.
