Both Scott and Jorne go defensive, to avoid anything risky. While trying to build, they get bombarded a couple of times. Especially Jorne, I know how annoying it gets after having built a metal then having to get bombed again, and again!
The bombing settles, but Scott and Jorne start expanding bigger. The metal left to Scott and Jorne feeds them.
