I can't play TA anymore, but I can still watch TADs so I decided to review one.
We have RVD on the right in red going for air with bombers and cons, and Rick on the left going sea with a skeeter harrass planned.
The early game plays out with damage being dealt to both players; RVD doing nice bomber uc stoneaging Ricks island, and Rick patroling around the shores of RVD's Ireland taking out the odd wind/mex/air con, RVD feels he came off worst and Rick agrees.
With only skeeters for anti-air RVDs bombing prevents Rick rebuilding his island for quite a while, so nearly all Rick's income is sea based, whereas RVD snatches the mex from a couple of the islands and then goes to compete with Rick in the sea.
At this point it becomes a battle of two different economies. Rick with his many underwater extractors against RVD with is much smaller income from his land mex which however is boosted as he is getting nearly all the wreckages from the hereon non-stop naval battles.
The sea becomes littered with wreckages and the game seems in the balance as crusaders and pelicans are introduced. Enjoyed watching this one, suggested download.
