If you have outproduced your opponent, by far, before the 10 minute mark would you:

a) Kill him fast and declare "own"
b) Build a huge army, killing him later, but more convincingly and then declare "own"
c) Build Milleniums, try for a Vulcan and avoid any unit that might be considered useful

It's kinda obvious what strategi Scott tries eh?

To be honest, this game was very dissapointing at first. Scott starts with air, bombs Reaper nicely, switch to all-con strategy and shows no ambition to finish his opponent. Damn all-con strat I though, no one is impressed by it anymore and what in the name of Pete happend to good 'ol aggression?

Anyway, Scott has a silly plan. He is not all-con after all. He's all-Millenium, supported by lots and lots of Colossus energy. Reaper is toast, or so it seems. He's not expanding or building resources nearly as much as Scotty.

On the other hand, Reaper is building Crussy, Pels and in general using his metal wisely. Scott's silly project, that first appeared to be a new way of humiliating a less skilled opponent, shows weakness.

Reaper strikes back, and the game suddenly becomes interesting. Small amounts of large ships vs. large amounts of small ones. The outcome is unpredictable.

The game didn't suck after all. A+ for the unexpected and entertaining late game.
