Review
I received several requests to review this demo and, after gazing through it at normal speed twice, I can honestly say this was the best game I have reviewed so far. :)

Saint (left) and Natas (right) clash on the icy steppes of TCP. IMO, TCP has to be one of the most versatile maps in that land, air, sea can play a critical role in determining the outcome of the game. While most of the action occurred on land, there was quite a bit of action on the other two areas as well. Another beautiful thing about TCP is the high wind, +30, a resource that should not ignored when trying to overwhelm your opponent with units and production.

Anybody who has seen Saint play knows he is very efficient at amassing resources, especially on maps such as GoW where metal spots are scarce and alternative methods of metal and energy production must be utilized. Saint is quick to exploit the abundant wind and eventually takes advantage of the sea, building adv sea and harnessing the energy of collossii. But can he keep resources safe from Natas?...

Natas seems intent on killing Saint as soon as possible. He gains a lot of territory early on with his constant streams of flashes and gains control of most of the land portion of the map for most of the game. His unit control often catches Saint off guard and once he gets his bb up, he comes very close to driving Saint into the sea. However, this comes at a cost, as he hardly builds any cons to utilize the high wind and fortify his position, and relies primarily on wreckage to supply his metal.

Basically this game pits short-term strategy, emphasing early units, against long-term strategy, involving the accumulation of resources. Which one wins? Watch it and see. :)
