*i rated natas cause he asked me to, or at least i think he did way back when he asked me to reveiw this game but im just now getting to it*
Anyways, on to the game. We have 4 of the best all around TA players to date. Canuck who has always stood out as an Expert TA player. Natas who has come into his prime in the last year or so. Saint and Crip who have both been well known TA players for the last couple years. So what we have here is 4 of the best players in the game going at it in a clan match on one of the most popular maps, GPP.
The game was decent its deffiantly a level up and any good player can see this. You can see the raised level of play by all 4 players, they can just take the resources, units, UC, building, and team work to a new level that alot of good players cant, and thats why they are the best of the best.
Although both saint and Crip didnt play the best game here, they played well and against any other opponets they wouldnt have had this hard of a time. Canuck plays a very solid first half game, while natas brings in a very solid second half game.
Crip gets hit pretty hard at the start by a nice jeff/flash rush by canuck. Crip is phased a little but then strikes back with some jeff/flash of his own, does a bit of damage then retreats and wants to play a "safe" defensive game, he does that well and starts to make his stand against canuck by gaurd creeping as well as sucking up the metal and expanding with quite a few cons. They kinda come at a stale mate they are going back and forth, with the introduction of a BB by canuck it starts to make thing a little dicey up there.
Saint playing a bit off balance this game it seems. Natas seems to drag a little at the start and that allows saint to get up a semi quick gaurd up in good position. However Natas doesnt stand for this and the quick run up to and quick Dgun puts saint way back. Once natas does this he knows hes bought him self time. He quickly puts up some mt's then starts to mass flashes. With soem good UC he uses his flashes to hit key points of saint and slowely dappen his defense. he makes a run up top followed by one down bottom and this will ensure his stronghold on Saint, but can he make the final push through.
Good game with very good players, it wasnt the best it could be but hey someone has to win in each game, this time it was BTU's turn. I would like to see a GPP rematch between these 4. GG |
