This was the final for the first tourney at zone on April 11th.
Both go vehicle, Ven with 4 cons, Nuck with 3. Both reclaim vp and go sea. Typical start, usually followed by fast crusy. Both go con ship, Nuck goes for the crusy, Venom opts for 5 skeets...hmmz.
Here's where it gets weird...Venom reclaims sy and goes..air? Yep, now most wouldn't go that route but Venom is a good bomber so it can't be written off right away as a bad move.
It was however a bad move and Canuck takes little damage from Ven's bombing, meanwhile getting a nice squad of crusys out. Game over right?
Nope, Venom gets a gard up and actually manages to get back in the water.
Things get pretty funny from there, some big UC mistakes, some hilarious commander action and amusing in game chat. You have to see for yourself how Canuck wins...pretty damn amusing...sneaky rascal :P
